On Wednesday, January 21, 2025, Somali Public Agenda (SPA) Executive Director Mahad Wasuge and Institute for Research Analysis & Dialogue (IRAD) Executive Director Yasir Baffo signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Mogadishu.
The Institute for Research Analysis and Dialogue (IRAD) is an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit think tank and research organization based in Baidoa, Somalia.
Through this MoU, SPA and IRAD will collaborate on research, dialogue, capacity development, and policy engagement aimed at addressing governance, development, and public service delivery challenges in Somalia.
