On Sunday, 25 May 2025, Somali Public Agenda (SPA) Executive Director @MahadWasuge and Juba Valley Institute (JVI) Executive Director @Hannan_Hodhan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in Kismayo.
Juba Valley Institute (JVI) is a policy-focused, non-governmental organization based in Kismayo, Somalia, dedicated to addressing Somalia’s pressing policy challenges and supporting transformative development through research, dialogue, and local engagement.
The MoU aims to strengthen collaboration between SPA and JVI in research and analysis, dialogue, and training to support effective governance and public service delivery in Somalia.
